A house flood from outside water can be very intrusive for a homeowner. Insurance companies consider outdoor flood water as highly contaminated because it carries bacteria, sewage, and chemicals from the outdoors into your home.

Removal of all the contaminated materials is necessary to assure there are no bacteria left in the wood and drywall that soaked up the contaminated water. We also use EPA registered disinfectants on the subfloors, studs, and cement that is exposed. Once dried and disinfected, we are able to begin restoring the home of its walls, floors, and anything else needed to make it "Like it never even happened."
